Breakfast Chef at 360 Hótel

Breakfast is the one meal every guest eats. Would you like to own it? 360 Hótel is a five star, family run hotel just outside Selfoss, with 31 rooms and suites, a restaurant and a spa. We serve an à la carte breakfast alongside a small buffet, and we are looking for a chef for the breakfast service. These are early morning shifts and the role starts in early October. We are 15 minutes from Selfoss and about an hour from Reykjavík, so please consider the commute before applying. We are a small, close-knit team and we set a high standard for the work. Main tasks and responsibilities Cooking à la carte breakfast dishes to order Setting up and looking after the buffet through service Prep and mise en place for the following day Ordering, stock control and handling of produce Kitchen cleaning and closing down Following hygiene and food safety procedures Other tasks as required Qualifications and requirements Punctuality and reliability, the shifts start early Immaculate presentation and an eye for detail Ability to work independently A positive manner and good communication skills Good English.
