Canteen Assistant - Temporary Position

Airport Associates is looking for a motivated individual to assist in the company canteen. Employment period: November 25, 2026 – January 25, 2027. Working hours are from 08:00 to 16:00 on weekdays. Main tasks and responsibilities: - Assisting with food preparation - Maintaining the salad bar and ensuring hygiene standards - Dishwashing and general kitchen cleanup - Supporting kitchen cleaning tasks Qualifications and skills: - Interest in and/or previous experience in a similar role is required - Initiative and ability to work independently - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Positive attitude, reliability, and flexibility - Good communication skills in Icelandic or/and English - Clean criminal record Airport Associates is an independent ground handling company based at Keflavík International Airport. Our operations include a full range of services for both domestic and international airlines, including cargo loading and unloading, passenger check-in, freight handling, and aircraft cleaning.
