CFO - GreenFish

CFO – GreenFish GreenFish is looking for a CFO to lead the company's finances and actively participate in building an international technology company in rapid growth. About GreenFish GreenFish is a global leader in developing artificial intelligence solutions for the fishing industry. Fishing operations in all major ocean areas worldwide rely on the company's solutions for decision-making at sea. The company develops customized models that predict catch location, quantity, quality, and composition. The Role The CFO is responsible for GreenFish's finances and reports directly to the CEO. We are looking for a proactive individual who can turn ideas into action. Key Responsibilities - Preparation of budgets and operational forecasts, along with analysis and follow-up of costs and performance. - Cash flow forecasts and liquidity management. - Oversight of monthly settlements in cooperation with accounting services and auditors. - Invoicing and debt collection. - Building a dashboard for key performance indicators and regular reporting to the CEO. - Building financial systems, processes, and internal controls, with an emphasis on utilizing AI and automation. - Assessment of costs and profitability of new projects and revenue streams. Education and Experience - Higher education relevant to the role. - Experience in financial management at a B2B SaaS company experiencing rapid growth and with international operations. - Very good skills in financial modeling and operational analysis. - Knowledge of key subscription business metrics. - Experience with reporting to international investment funds is a significant advantage. - Experience with financial reporting for grants and R&D cost reimbursements. - Very good Icelandic and English language skills, both spoken and written.
