Chef / Cook

We need somebody with experience in kitchen work to join our team around 5-10th of October. We are looking for an individual who would like to stay with us for some time and become a valuable member of the team. We close down for 6 weeks from December 15th - January 30th. During this period you might have a right for unemployment benefits, if you have been working in Iceland for over 3 months, and you can live in the staff house. We have accurate job descriptions and information documents that we send to those who are interested in knowing more. The shifts are a 2-2-3 shift system. We have a clock in system and an accountant who handles the salary and pay-slips. You will get access to the clock in system and your payslip to your online bank. 2 cooks on each shift for the low season. 4 cooks on each shift for the high season. All in all we are a team of approximately 16-18 people for the high season and a team of 8 people for the low season. You answer to the restaurant managers and Sous Chef.
