Cook at Flame Restaurant

We are seeking to hire a cook for full-time or part-time at Flame Restaurant and Bar in the heart of Reykjavík. The cook independently prepares and assembles food items according to strict company standards and recipes. The job involves preparing raw materials, operating automated ovens and fryers, following timers, assembling salads, making food orders, cleaning and other basic kitchen work, and maintaining strict food safety and kitchen cleanliness. Be able to work under pressure sometimes. Being able to communicate in English is a plus. Flame is a modern fusion restaurant and bar where freshness, quality, and experience are paramount. This is shift work.
