Data Warehouse Development Specialist

The position is within the Development and Data Management department of Information Technology, which is responsible for the development and operation of the bank's computer systems and data environment. A strong team of specialists in data integration, software development, and DevOps works there. Emphasis is placed on continuous improvement, robust infrastructure, good data management, and professional collaboration with stakeholders. A new data warehouse is being developed that combines data from the bank's key systems and supports analysis, monitoring, data reporting, and informed decision-making. The individual will participate in the design and development of data infrastructure, data flow, and data models with an emphasis on reliable data processing. The position also includes opportunities to explore and develop ways to utilize machine learning and artificial intelligence in the construction of the data warehouse, including in release processes, quality testing, automation, and other data processing. Most importantly, the individual must have a strong technical foundation, experience in developing data solutions, an understanding of the financial market, and the ambition to build high-quality and reliable data warehouse solutions.
