Director of Operations and Development

ÁTVR is seeking a strong leader for the position of Director of Operations and Development. The role is key within ÁTVR's executive management and involves extensive responsibility for the company's finances and operations. We are looking for an experienced manager with strong leadership skills, a good overview of financial and operational matters, and the ability to lead development and improvements. The scope of the position includes, among other things, finance, information technology and digital development, contracts, real estate, and security matters. The Director must be driven and reform-minded, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to systematically utilize data and information for decision-making. It is important that the individual has a holistic view of operations and can identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
