Director of Vínbúðir and Services

ÁTVR is seeking a strong and progressive leader to manage Vínbúðir and Services and to lead the continued development of stores, services, and customer experience. The position is a key role in the ÁTVR management and involves extensive responsibility for the operation and development of the business. We are looking for an experienced manager with strong leadership skills, good operational overview, and a clear vision on how to develop stores and services in line with changing customer needs and expectations. The Director must be driven and reform-minded, have the ability to lead change, and systematically utilize data and analysis in decision-making.
