YLJA is a restaurant at Laugarás built around warmth, nourishment, and close relationships with our ingredients and producers. Our cooking is vegetable-forward, grounded in local sourcing, live fire, and thoughtful simplicity. We're looking to hire for few different positions in the kitchen. The restaurant is led by master chef Gísli Matt.
