The job requires a strong leader who can manage a team, ensure efficient operations, and maintain strict safety standards. Requirements: - A minimum of five years of experience as a Toolpusher on a rig. - Experience with Drillmec rigs and/or Bentec Euro Rig rigs is desirable. - Valid IWCF Well Control certification, level 4. - Excellent leadership skills and experience in staff management. - Very good organizational skills. - Strong communication skills and very good English proficiency. - Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Driller The Driller is the shift leader and is responsible for communicating information between the Toolpusher and other personnel on the shift. The Driller plays a key role in drilling operations, guiding and directing staff to ensure drilling operations are conducted safely and efficiently. Requirements: - A minimum of three years of experience as a driller in geothermal drilling. - Experience with Drillmec rigs and/or Bentec Euro Rig 350 is desirable. - Valid IWCF Well Control certification, level 3. - Experience in shift management or team leadership is an advantage. - Good leadership skills and ability to guide staff. - Forklift license for 10-ton forklifts or larger is an advantage. - Very good English proficiency. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Assistant Driller The Assistant Driller works closely with the Driller and replaces them as needed. The Assistant Driller participates in general drilling operations, equipment setup, process monitoring, and general rig site operations. The job requires initiative, good cooperation, and a strong emphasis on safety. Requirements: - A minimum of two years of experience as an Assistant Driller is highly desirable. - Experience with Drillmec or Bentec rigs is highly desirable. - IWCF Well Control certification at level 1 or 2 is required. - Experience as a Derrickman is an advantage. - Forklift license for 10-ton forklifts or larger is an advantage. - Very good English proficiency. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Derrickman The Derrickman plays an important role in the daily operation of the rig and works closely with the Driller and Assistant Driller. The job includes handling drill pipes and other drilling equipment, managing drilling fluid, and participating in daily maintenance and operation of the rig. The job requires good safety awareness, precision, and the ability to work under challenging conditions. Requirements: - Experience with Drillmec and/or Bentec rigs is an advantage. - Experience as a Derrickman or similar experience from drilling operations is desirable. - Forklift license for 10-ton forklifts or larger is an advantage. - Very good English proficiency. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Floorhand (General drilling operations) We are looking for strong and responsible individuals for general drilling operations. The job is suitable for those interested in working in a challenging and exciting environment where safety, cooperation, and professionalism are paramount. Requirements: - Experience in drilling operations is desirable but not a requirement. - Construction machinery licenses J and K are required. - A heavy vehicle license (Meirapróf) is an advantage. - Very good English proficiency. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Work is shift-based only. Each shift is 12 hours, alternating between day and night shifts. When working abroad, longer rotations are involved. Geothermal drilling provides good support and training for new employees and encourages young people to apply. It is desirable for applicants to be able to start as soon as possible.
