HR Consultant

Center Hotels is looking for an ambitious HR consultant who is ready to work in a diverse and vibrant work environment where strong emphasis is placed on HR matters and their development. The HR consultant will work closely with the Head of HR, along with other managers of the company, to support Center Hotels' strategy and maintain a good workplace culture where people can develop and thrive. This is a full-time position, working office hours. The application deadline is September 4, 2026. Applications will be processed after the deadline. We are looking for an HR consultant who can join us as soon as possible, but we prioritize finding the right person for the job and can therefore be flexible with the start date. Center Hotels is a family-run hotel chain consisting of nine first-class hotels in downtown Reykjavík.
