Leading Technical Expert in Cybersecurity Monitoring

The Communications Regulatory Authority is seeking an expert to conduct cybersecurity monitoring of telecommunications companies and other critical infrastructure, based on Act No. 78/2019 on the Security of Network and Information Systems of Critical Infrastructure, and Act No. 70/2022 on Telecommunications. The role involves carrying out technical monitoring within the Cybersecurity Department of the Communications Regulatory Authority. Emphasis is placed on technical testing, vulnerability scanning, and assessment of network and information systems of entities subject to supervision. An important part of the job is to analyze the results of such tests and evaluate how they meet the requirements of laws, network and information security management systems (ISMS), and recognized standards, such as ISO 27001. The role requires analytical skills, independent work practices, technical insight, and the ability to connect technical results with management systems, risk management, and regulatory oversight. The position reports to the Department Manager.
