Medical Technology and Project Manager, Digital Advancement

We are seeking an ambitious and strong leader with a burning interest in health and information technology to undertake diverse and challenging tasks at Landspítali. Medical Technology is part of the Digital Advancement unit, which belongs to the Operations and Human Resources department of Landspítali and is responsible for the procurement, advancement, and operation of Landspítali's medical technology solutions. Employees undertake diverse and challenging tasks related to the operation of approximately 11,000 medical and laboratory devices, 300 software systems, procurement and implementation of new devices and systems, as well as providing consultation to clinical departments on technological innovations and advancements in the field of medical technology. Approximately 35 employees work in Digital Advancement. Our goal is to support the development of future healthcare services and to provide excellent service to clinical operations.
