Advania is looking for an experienced individual for the user and endpoint services specialist team. The core of the job is the setup, operation, management, and automation of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune environments. The specialist team is the group behind the frontline. The team works closely with the frontline and other Advania specialist teams. The team holds technical responsibility for the service systems and processes that the department operates and improves. The team also handles implementations and more complex tasks. Great emphasis is placed on a stable, secure, and user-friendly operating environment, as well as simplifying, automating, and improving the services, systems, and processes used in service delivery. Main tasks - Improvements, standardization, and automation of the services, systems, and processes used for user and endpoint services - Customer implementation into user and endpoint services - Operation, management of updates, and security of endpoints - Oversight of endpoint protection and access protection - Software distribution and application updates Requirements - 3+ years of experience in system administration, endpoint services, or operation of Microsoft environments - Strong knowledge of Windows Client, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune – experience with setup and management of these systems, not just usage - Experience with endpoint operations and device implementations - Good knowledge and experience with PowerShell is desirable - Studies in system administration, computer science, or other education and experience that is useful in the job - Certification in Microsoft solutions is an advantage, e.g., Endpoint Administrator, Identity and Access Administrator, or Modern Desktop - Excellent service attitude - Initiative and interest in simplifying, standardizing, and automating services, systems, and processes - Interest in IT, user services, and security matters - Good English skills Workplace Advania's workplace is family-friendly, vibrant, and fun.
