Operations Manager, Finance Department

The Health Institution of South Iceland is seeking to hire a strong and ambitious Operations Manager for its Finance Department. This is a diverse and challenging role with an emphasis on planning, operational control, analysis, and management information. The Operations Manager will work closely with the Finance Director and the institution's management to enhance financial management and support targeted and informed decision-making. HSU's Finance Department is on an exciting development journey, emphasizing increased utilization of data, artificial intelligence, automation, and software robots. The Operations Manager will actively participate in this development with the aim of simplifying processes, improving information, and creating more scope for analysis and value-creating projects. The Operations Manager reports to the Finance Director.
