Pharmacist - Pharmacy Manager

We are looking for a forward-thinking and ambitious pharmacist for the position of pharmacy manager in our store in Mosfellsbær. You will lead people, operations, and service. Lyfja pharmacists are leaders who build a strong team, ensure good and efficient operations, and lead with professionalism and service as guiding principles. You create trust, clarity, and cooperation within the team – and support your people to achieve success. You are responsible for the store's operations, monitor key metrics, and use data to make informed decisions. Furthermore, you are a professional role model and build a culture where good advice, warm service, and genuine interest in the health and well-being of customers are part of the team's daily work. In Lyfja Mosfellsbær, the prescription area is at the front of the store, and the pharmacist and other team members work in close contact with customers. We are looking for a pharmacist who: - possesses leadership skills and the ability to engage people - has a positive attitude, drive, and good communication skills - works with reliability, ambition, and organization - has an interest in health, well-being, and good service - has an understanding and interest in the operational environment and procedures of pharmacies - has at least two years of work experience in a pharmacy - has a university degree in pharmacy and a valid practicing license Application deadline is September 30th.
