Project Manager - Maintenance Planning

At Framkvæmdasýslan-Ríkiseignir (FSRE), the maintenance of the country's largest real estate portfolio is organized with professionalism and foresight. We are now looking for a project manager to join a team that analyzes the condition and maintenance needs of state properties and prioritizes tasks so that properties maintain their value and are utilized as best as possible. As a project manager, you will manage property condition assessments, the creation of short-term and long-term maintenance plans, and the development of procedures and criteria for condition assessment. You will be responsible for tenders and contracts for condition assessment and will work closely with property management, the service desk, and institutional representatives. The portfolio comprises 530 thousand m² in 380 properties across the country, so the projects are diverse and cover most areas of society.
