Quality Coordinator - Aquaculture

We are looking for a motivated and well-organized individual to join Arnarlax’s Quality Team. The Quality Coordinator role focuses on quality matters across both our sea farming and smolt operations, while also supporting quality-related activities across the company. The Quality Coordinator reports to the Quality Manager and works closely with managers and employees throughout the organization. We are looking for someone who enjoys being close to operations, working with people, and taking an active role in developing and improving our processes. Key responsibilities Follow-up on procedures, documentation, records and quality requirements Registration and follow-up of deviations, corrective actions and preventive measures Participation in risk assessments and follow-up of biosecurity measures Support with implementation and compliance with legal requirements, standards and certifications, including ASC Preparation for and participation in internal and external audits Regular audits and quality checks at company sites Training and support for employees on quality matters and procedures Participation in the development of the quality management system and continuous improvement initiatives This is not solely an office-based position. Regular visits to our sea farming and smolt production sites are an important part of the role, and travel within the company’s operating areas is therefore required.
