Restaurant Supervisor

Hótel Jökulsárlón is a family-owned 4-star hotel located 10 km east of the world-famous Glacier Lagoon, Jökulsárlón. The hotel features 120 rooms, a cocktail bar, spacious guest lounges, and our on-site restaurant, Gunna á Leiti. We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys being part of daily restaurant operations while also taking responsibility for the team and maintaining a high standard of service. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, support and guide the service team, and ensure our guests receive a professional and welcoming experience.
