SCADA Systems Specialist

Samherji Fiskeldi is looking for an experienced specialist in control and automation systems to join the company's IT department and provide service and development for SCADA systems. Samherji Fiskeldi operates land-based aquaculture facilities and fish processing plants throughout the country and is building a new Eldisgarður in Reykjanes. The control systems are the heart of the operation. They monitor and control water quality, oxygen, pumps, feeding, and processing lines, and their operation directly impacts fish welfare and production output. Significant development and advancement are ahead in this field. The successful candidate will actively participate in building the company's future control system environment, both in current facilities and in the construction of Eldisgarður from the ground up.
