Shift Manager

We are looking for a strong and positive Shift Manager to join Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The Shift Manager plays a key role in daily operations and directly impacts customer experience, team performance, and service quality. The job is varied, lively, and challenging – no day is the same. You will organize daily activities, manage the shift, and support staff with training, guidance, and follow-up. You will also actively participate in daily tasks and ensure the team works together towards excellent service.
