Skincare Consultant

Blue Lagoon Skin Science is looking for a positive and service-oriented skincare consultant to join our store on Laugavegur in Reykjavík. The skincare consultant plays a key role in strengthening customer experience at Blue Lagoon Skin Science. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for skincare, sales excellent service, and engaging customer interaction. Key responsibilities - Sales and personalized customer consultation - Introducing customers to Blue Lagoon Skin Science products - Helping customers choose products suited to their individual needs - Supporting the daily operations of the store - Ensuring a professional, warm, and welcoming in-store experience Qualifications - Excellent sales and customer service skills - Interest in skincare, skincare products, and science-backed beauty - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Positive attitude, initiative, and a strong service mindset - Professional, polished, and warm approach to customer interactions - Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility - Responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently - Experience from retail, spa, beauty salon, pharmacy, or similar service environment is an advantage - Excellent English skills are required; additional language skills are an advantage - Applicants should preferably be at least 20 years of age This is a 75–100% position based on a shift schedule.
