Specialist Training Positions in Forensic Medicine

Specialist training positions in part-time specialist training for 18 months in forensic medicine are open for application. The specialist training is based on British and Swedish models, and the learning objectives and progress assessment are prepared according to their specifications and in accordance with regulation 856/2023. Specialist training takes place at Landspítali. The employment fraction is 100% or by agreement. The start date for employment is between January and March 2027, but it is expected that the start of employment for applicants who are completing their specialist training foundation at Landspítali will be directly following it. If vacation is to be arranged in between, it is done by agreement with the head of specialist training for the specialty. Friday, February 26, 2027, is the reception day for specialist training.
