Travel Expert / Consultant

Hidden Iceland is looking for a positive and hard-working individual to join us as a Travel Expert (travel consultant). The candidate must have strong customer service skills, sales and quotation preparation, bookings and follow-up of trips. Special emphasis is placed on serving premium and luxury customers, both for private tours and self-drive tours. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a similar role within Iceland. The position available for application is a full-time position, with the flexibility to mix between working on location in our Reykjavík office, and remotely. Hidden Iceland was founded in 2017 and specialises in tailor-made package tours in Iceland. The company employs over 40 people, including travel consultants and guides.
